• Dinner Extravaganza

  So here are finished shots of my first time actually cooking on my own. The appetizer was a homemade bruschetta, fresh tomatoes mixed with olive oil, chopped basil, garlic, parmesan & romano cheeses atop baguettes with fresh whole milk mozzarella. Delicious. For the main course, I made pesto sauce from scratch earlier in the day. [...]
