finally posting this stunning wedding.  this was my first gay wedding, shooting with the amazing jovee henehan, this is easily one of my favorite weddings i’ve shot.

i’ve been shooting a lot of bird photographs lately, thanks to lensprotogo.com.  these are shot with a Canon 1DmkIV, 200mm f2 L IS (with and without 1.4x and 2.0x tele-converters), and a 400mm f2.8 L IS (with and without 1.4x and 2.0x tele-converters).  i’m kind of getting into this.  if you can identify any of the birds i haven’t labeled, please let me know.  enjoy!

we had a ridiculously relaxing weekend down in chatham for the fouth of july.  i borrowed the canon 200mm f/2 l is from lensprotogo to shoot some portraits of aimee.  here are our favorites!

about a month ago, i went down to norfolk, va with mike duval from lensprotogo.com for the psd experience, a 3 day “hybrid learning experience.”  mike and i were there with some gear from lensprotogo’s huuuuge stock to answer any tech questions attendees had during their time.  we had a blast!  i also did a bit of shooting while there, enjoy!  most of these were shot on the uss wisconsin.

congratulations to kristin & jeff!  an amazing wedding at the thomas birkby house.  this couple has the distinct honor of making me cry at their wedding.  watching them alone together after freshly tying the knot, seconds after walking away from the altar, staring at each other,  whispering, completely in love.  beautiful!

this post should have been made months ago and for that, i apologize.  aimee and i took a little vacation to cape cod in august, anna came to visit for a day as well.  we had a little model shoot and here are some of my favorites.  i have lots more that i still haven’t edited, sorry aimee and anna!
